Having review trouble 😕

So for the past month I have been very busy meeting the wonderful ladies of Houston and now I am trying to post a review, but I am unable to do so. When I click on new thread the next thing that shows up says that I am not allowed to post 😕.
If I could please have some help that would be great

Ok so I posted three reviews and here's how it shows on my account.
First review is good
Second shows up twice
Third review no where to be found
Does that mean I did something wrong or does it take time to show up? And I have no idea why the second review is showing up twice

RTM (the little red triangle, bottom left) the reviews you are having problems with and they will be looked at.
