Blogger Sues North Carolina for His Right to Tell People to Eat Better and Exercise

Apparently in North Carolina, you have to have a license to tell people to eat healthy food and exercise. Well, I must agree. I'm tired of my SO telling me to eat better and exercise. I also had a Berkeley Lab done at my doctor's request. Damn thing cost $5,000. The report told the doctor I had to eat less, exercise and quit smoking. So, in North Carolina, I would have to pay $5,000 to hear what my SO tells me for free.

Thank God for government.
