I don't know who might need to know this, but I was talking to the office staff at my apartments in Lewisville (basically The Colony) and they said their prices have never been lower. They are very nice and right off of 121 and Main. Plus it would make hobbying easier for me if I had choices close to home! DM me if you are interested.
