However, I don't suggest you haggle or negotiate a provider's donation rates. It's very easy to gain a reputation of being cheap/timewaster/lowballer etc. if you start negotiating rates. Then, all of a sudden, you're in a lot of provider's blacklists. It's just not worth the negative publicity.

This hobby has always been a luxury activity anyway. If you have to haggle and penny pinch to participate, then perhaps you should choose a different pastime. In the end, it's her rates, you can either afford it or you can't.

I've never haggled a provider's rates for her time but I've never had to because there are always providers offering review specials, early morning specials etc. I suggest you focus on the providers offering specials rather than making yourself look cheap by haggling or negotiating. I am all about ladies setting whatever price they feel that they deserve. We are lucky to be in a market where there are women available in a wide range of budgets. I think its better to focus on the ladies that provide great service and fit my budget rather than dwell on the ones outside of my budget or that seem like they might provide bad service based on their menu.
