As crude and insensitive as he is, I would say that his actions are not without merit.
His actions may be horrible, but it's nice to know that he's weeding out the girls that will self-destruct and those who aren't cut out for the business.
Basically, he's the crucible through which potential starlets must pass. If they can survive a session with him and still want to do porn, they should do at least decently in the industry.
