Most of Biloxi where the hotels are is OK. The only issue with some of the casinos is if they require a key card for the elevator. I know that Palace does, and I know the IP, Beau Rivage, and Hard Rock do not. There are a number of decent hotels on the beach (US-90), but avoid the ones that look run down. There's a nice Best Western across from the Beau Rivage. Even Motel 6 is OK, but stick to the known motels.
