Moving

Hi beautiful and sexy people

I am moving to a new apartment and I am already overwhelmed!

Landlords ask to much in NYC to rent an apartment.

1.Sometimes they ask for Paystub ;-/

2. Income Min of $80k a year (Yes, I pay taxes of course but this year filed less than that since I spent more time taking care of an my ill father in my country and obviously made less than $80k)

3.If a person make less than 80k they ask for a cosigner which I dont have.

Ideas?

I think if you keep looking, and can make a reasonable deposit, someone might accept your stated income on an application. Landlords feel pressure sometimes to pay their own bills. Good luck in your search.

Look for someone that needs to get out of their lease and the landlord will let them sublease to you.
Private landlords are easier to rent from, than associations or apt buildings. Offer to show your bank statements for the past 6 months?

Why not just get quick books and pay yourself a weekly salary.
If you pay taxes already you more than qualify to give yourself a weekly check.
