For $200.00 I will build you a wordpress based website and help you set up your hosting/buy your domain (which will be about $2.00-3.00 a month for hosting and maybe $8.00 a year for a domain name.
Now this website will be made to be easy to edit so you can do all kind of things with it once it is made.
