Fishing while on vacation

Where can I get my fishing license in Iowa. I usually get my credentials at the Basspro shop here in the dallas area.
I did see a great fishing spot near West DSM last time I was in area. I am also curious about similar fishing spots in cedar Rapids. Not sure about davenport after all that flooding.

Usually at wlamart when traveling is the easiest place. Hope you catch some good fish.
