What if LE also looks at Eccie posts to setup sting

Can LE follow posts here and book anyone. What if LE grabs a known provider from Eccie and set up sting. How to be careful. I have few encounters but it's been more than 3 months I've seen them. How to confirm if they are still legit

Possible but unlikely. It would be more difficult to prosecute this way. This environment has caused so much anxiety. I don't see it improving unless they make it a misdemeanor instead of a jail felony for a John.

I ain’t a legal expert but even if they got a provider… said provider has to relinquish the account…if that doesn’t happen it’s illegal right there..

Secondly if they do relinquish the account and they use it to bait you.. What would they actually get you for she wouldn’t be trafficked as they already have her.. I don’t think solicitation is that high up on the list of shit to be concerned with… a good lawyer will likely have the case tossed.

LE arrest providers all the time, usually not for prostitution, but for drugs or fraud.

Despite this, whenever LE set up stings, they almost never use existing providers' accounts.

Girls and Guys both limit communication of sexual services and prices to chat boards like this.

If you get a Provider who talks about services and money in a text then be careful.

Text is limited to basic communication of date, day, time, etc....

If you get arrested just shut up and say nothing.

Chances are that if you set something up the Provider will Ghost you so you wasted all that worry for nothing.

Hell, Arlington PD busted a baker’s dozen yesterday alone. Based on the names posted on the jail’s website, I bet one of the two methods I mentioned above is how they nabbed them.

Yes the police are on eccie. Yes they have tied handles to real world names, addresses, phone numbers as well as vehicles they drive. This has mainly to do with studios and amps that have been busted and others that are still under investigation.

LE has been on here and OH2.

One of the accounts on OH2 had verified status as well. This was during FOSTA-SESTA times.

2. Use a hobby phone. It can be a cheap one. It just needs to be able to send text message.

3. If you are making a video in your hook-up (some ladies have this option) it would be difficult to get booked and have it stand up in court.

4. Other than that, the only thing one can do is consider moving to one of the legal counties in Nevada. The only state in the USA where the hobby is legal.

5. If you don't do #4 you are taking a chance, no matter how careful you are.

2. The lady must register with the state of Nevada and be tested once a month. This is according to Amanda Brooks author of the Internet Escort Book #1.

3. There are only seven legal counties in Nevada. The city of Las vegas is not in one of those counties. So, you won't find a Brothel or studio on Las Vegas Blvd (The Strip) that is legal.

4. You may have to work out of a Brothel, neither the lady or the client can get pinched or convicted of a felony for particpating in the hobby.
