Why would anyone step up to run an agency now days in SoTx? ECCIE will just fuck them over and run them off like STF and UTR. These were long standing, established agencies run by people who did it the right way. What chance would a newby stand? Besides what you and the other mods don't seem to understand is the girls in those agencies trusted the men who ran them. To think you can just step in and take up where they left off is naïve at best. It's all about relationships. Something you don't understand when you've never done it yourself.
