How to post reviews

Hi there, I'm new to this and new to Eccie.
Spent some time reading reviews and ROS posts?
I'd like to know how to post a review, but I don't know where to go to do this......help

Go to the Independent Provider Review Forum in the city you saw the lady. Just above and on the left side of the row of reviews there are 2 buttons. Click the “NEW REVIEW “ button and fill in the form. Then hit submit at the bottom of the form when you are done.
