Is p411 not accepting new membership?

Hi I'm a middle aged male from Oklahoma. Not new to the hobby but definately new to trying other service providers. I started out in my twenties trying my luck on backpage and as you all know that is a gamble. I can say I had luck in the clubs with extras over the years but every now and then I'm wanting something more intamite. I've enjoyed my time here on Eccie but want to branch out and explore other platforms while also making things easier for myself and providers.
