move it up the page?

There is a Guideline against Bumping a Review more than 30 Days old.
Other than that, no there is not a Guideline.
However, doing so is bad form and could/would result in scrutiny from your fellow Members.
Additionally, you open yourself up to being seen as a promoter.
Once tagged as a promoter, Members tend to discount your reviews and Staff starts to regard your submissions as advertising.
Advertising is not permitted on Eccie.
