Can someone please explain to me why I am denied access to some reviews or unable to respond to some forum posts even though I have premium membership. I contacted ECCIE CC but have had no response. Any help?
I have came across the same issue on the reviews and it seems like they were always older ones. Idk
They don't exist anymore if you are referring to the reviews before the website being re-initiated.. Or atleast that's what I think is going on.
I will agree with the guys above me. I believe there are OLDER reviews that can no longer be viewed for the protection of the reviewer as well as the reviewed to stay in line with current laws.
But it never hurts to contact MuffinMan. Give him time and he might be able to verify based on what you tell him you cannot view.
It's not just the reviews. I have been denied access to responding to recent posts in the forum. I have contacted customer care on three occassions and haven't heard a word.
