Help! Someone wrote a fake review on me!

What are all the correct procedures that need to be made so that I'm able to get this fake bad review removed from my showcase? I honestly believe he has me confused with the providers link he placed onto the review that is supposed to be about me. I have never had a session with him nothing said in the review is factual and the link isn't even to my account, but my name is titled as if he created a review on a session with me... HELP?!!!
