"eraps" invite

Did anybody else get an email from someone claiming to be "eRAPS?"

Email has a mile of suspicious looking code in it.

Update on that:

On second inspection the email has a March date on it, but it just popped up in my mail so I don't know if it was a back-dated current mail or a Hotmail hiccup.
