referrals

I see a spot that says referrals under peoples profile. Mine by the way says zero. I've browsed thru the site but I don't see where it says how to get and/or give referrals. Any help on this topic would be great

You use the "Invite a Friend" feature located in your Main Menu (..on the left) to give referrals to the site. Just click on it and you can enter an email addy plus a message to whoever you know that might be interested in joining ECCIE ...if they join, you get the referral.
