The RTM makes sure that the Staff is notified of the Members concern.
While the Staff is diligent in their duties in the forums, they are human and may miss a post.
The RTM is posted in a Forum where all Staff can see it and as said earlier, let Staff now of the Members concern.

Staff can; if they believe it is warranted, look at the reported issue, any supporting information and make a determination of any further action is required.

I setup the appointment she did not give me address just road I told her I was parked up on road waiting. I waited about 10-15 minutes and started moving again when I saw a bike cop slowly coming down the road. This is a quiet area no reason for a bike cop to be in that area.
