I don't understand how any monger can ask for them to do more without ever knowing their name? In fact, I've found that these women will tell you several names if you've seen them enough times. Even knowing they tell you a new one, they will laugh and give you the shhhh cymbal. Of course, that goes both ways -You need to learn to learn how to tell them to be quiet too; The universal finger to the mouth stuff or you can say it in chinese; "woah she won on jing" = I like quiet.
If you want to know their name, Just ask: " Ni Jiao Shema Mingza ma?" pronounced, "knee geee-ow shem-uh, ming-za Mah." ; actually just point at them and say Mingza. (name) They know what that means.
