How to submit a referral for a new provider

A new provider is joining the community and I would like to offer a referral for her as part of the verification process. How exactly do I go about doing that

To vouch for a new provider, simply send the moderators a PM starting how you know her and why you'd think she'd be a good addition to the community. Be sure to include her handle. We can't upgrade her account until after she had been age verified.
