Mongering Hotel Cocal, but not as a guest

If I don't have a room at the hotel, I'm assuming I need to get an offsite, i.e. room by the hour? What's the best place? Or... correct me if I'm wrong!

Thanks. I actually ended up going to another "short term" hotel, called El Jardin I think. On the first floor, under the Beatle Bar. Anyway, it was what the provider suggested, and was $25/hour.
