Question.. input/opinions requested..

For a cpl years now a young lady has been asking us for a position as an Elf, she is without a doubt adorable, willing and able to do the job, but she is handicapped, not wheelchair only type but she does have some walking issues. We are wondering peoples take on this. She contacts us every month to see if we can give her a job and wants to be part of this industry more than anything. Question is, how would people feel about her handicapped status. Trust me when I say shes nothing short of adorable, 21yrs old 5ft tall, 105lbs 34DD, and zero limits and if I had her attitude in half the Elves I would be tickled to death.

So if you were Santa, would you give her the job? better yet, as an Elf friend would you call her for a session? I am not one to stop anyone from this line of work, as long as they do it with a clear mind and find fun and enjoyment in it but this has me perplexed.

The only concern I have is ... is she REALLY ready for this business? If she's not ... and she has a bad experience in it - you will be viewed as one of the most satanically evil exploiters of women that ever walked the Earth. You might even be singled out for specific punishment by the powers that be.

All that being said ..allow me to break her into the hobby ...

She is very cute. I say give her a shot only if her handicap is physical and not mental. The only concern I would have is for her safety. She needs to be able to protect/defend herself. The questions you need to ask yourself are...Would her handicap put her safety at risk? Would guys try to take advantage of her bc of it? ie trying to push her limits or ignoring her barriers. IMO if she is hired another elf should be close by while her session is taking place.

I'm not interested in her, but the real question would be whether or not a good pounding would worsen her condition. I've been known to put some ankles to ears in missionary and have sore balls the next day from slam pounding the ass so hard.
