So, how does Houston AMPs get away with staying open 24 hours and offering FS at most places. And there numerous! 4-5 years ago the Harris County Sheriff’s Department went in handing out bulletins stating for the girls to go turn themselves in or be arrested. Scared a lot into leaving and a number of places closing. Now, they are in strip centers, houses, etc. You would be hard pressed to find a town without a FS amp. What’s the deal? Hope more open in Dallas and the hours get back to at least midnight…but have my doubts.
