Section 740 of the 2,232-page document makes it clear, as Bloomberg Law previously reported, that Congress, not Trump, is in charge. “None of the funds made available in this or any other appropriations Act may be used to increase, eliminate, or reduce funding for a program, project, or activity as proposed in the President’s budget request for a fiscal year” unless Congress approves, according to the omnibus legislation.

Being that there is obviously many holes in the original narrative and much controversy in the actions of the Broward County Sheriff deputies. One of the teachers of the Stoneman Douglas H.S. was interviewed and her account of the incident is quite interesting. Teacher Stacey Lippel advocates that she heard shots fired near her classroom as she went to close her classroom door she witnessed an armed individual down the hall way shooting in her direction dressed in what she describes as full Police SWAT gear with helmet and body armor. Nichols Cruz the supposed shooter was dressed in a red polo shirt and blue jeans at the time of his arrest outside the building by police. If Stacey Lippel's account is true that police or some Government entity did the shooting, that's the Deep State.
