Risk wise, it makes sense for providers to use a condom (this assumes you're using one to prevent AIDS) from from a client's end, the risk isn't all that great.

I tried to separate those who do it regularly from those who do it with just one other person or from those who might have done it a few times on accident or by chance. The people who do it with just one other person are only putting themselves at risk, so should be separated from those who are putting everyone at risk. Since I stupidly assumed that the majority of people would follow directions, I made a separate poll to gauge how risky those people were. But, it didn't work ...

Look at the chart, only about 1000 white women and 1000 Hispanics got HIV in 2016 in the entire USA.

Your odds of dieing in a car crash on your way are probably way higher than getting AIDs from a woman.
