So what do you think of downtown?

I hear of so many ladies in Midcities and Park Central. I have the opportunity to have an incall location in a very upscale location in downtown Dallas. Is this a good thing or no? Curious as to the demand in the area compared to the outlying areas.

I have gone downtown and uptown several times. I would stay away from Park Central, crime rate is high there. I know several providers that have been robbed there. Galleria area would be better if you are going to be in that area.

My 00.02$

Downtown Dallas, is that near Mexico? Been there a very long time ago and will never go, again.

But, I'm not the only fish in the sea.

I am located in the Downtown area and I absolutely love it! I love the views and everything I can go do if I have extra time on my hands. Nothing is far. I was in Midcities and that didn't work out to well. I have been in the galleria area which I wasn't fond of. I also used to work closer to GB and the tollway and that is so flooded with girls and pimps it is ridiculous so I will never go back to that area. Downtown is my fav by far.

Sorry to say, I don't like downtown much at all. My life just seems to be centered in North Dallas, Plano, McKinney etc... don't head down there that much.

Maybe it's just me, but I wish more ladies were near downtown or uptown Dallas, instead of all of them being in the Galleria/Mid-Cities/High Five/"So Far North They Might As Well Be In Denton" regions. My work is generally much closer to central Dallas than it is to where most of the ladies are, and it's a heck of a long drive there and back, forcing me to make a two hour ++ hole in my day just to have a one hour appointment. That has thwarted many a hobby excursion for me.

Hey Stag, aren't we lucky to be in an area with so many beautiful women and so many options and so many locations? I have the same issue as you only reverse. Sometimes I just pinch myself to make sure this isn't a dream. We are so lucky to be here. Beauty, variety, and options---you gotta love it!!!

The closer to downtown, the better for me. I try to never venture north of Northwest highway.
I am Uptown "Highland Park" & Love it!!!
As long as you have adequate and easy-to-access parking, along with uncomplicated ingress for your particular building, downtown would be a good option. I work downtown, as do many others, and it would be great to have some more opportunities close by.

While there are certainly some advantages for those who live in the downtown area, you also have to think of your guests and just how easily they can navigate the logistics in an area where parking can be at a premium and many of the buildings are accessed through doors that face very public areas. But, I'm sure you were aware of that already.

Ft Worth and Arlington
If I leave happy, location is irrelevant.
Well, I'm going to make the downtown move. The building is lovely, has a free attached parking garage, can enter the building from the garage rather than the street, relatively easy to get to, despite being downtown.

I'm still going to offer options for Park Central one or two days a week. But I think this move will be a positive one for me!

I saw a provider downtown off Market in a high rise apt complex. Great view. Had it been anyone but her I would not have gone. I hate downtown. I like N Dallas along LBJ between central and 35.
Downtown is too far for me.....I probably go there once every 6 months! Personally prefer North Dallas, Plano & Frisco area....There are lots of nice places in these suburbs and is more centrally loated, especially North Dallas....Certainly my convenience is not everyone else's.
