I guess to avoid contracting head and neck cancer one should just "daty" on the outside and avoid the practice of pushing one's entire head inside to lick deep inside their pussies. Besides that "ring around the neck" could be caused from an allergic reaction to metal chain instead of moisture from the "other lips" clamping on the neck!

A medical tech friend from years back explained to me the health risks from DATY when compared to TUHA. Essentially, there was no comparison since one's life span was far longer if they concentrated only on TUHA.
