Anyone watching this Fawni Willis hearing?

Real life 2024 court rooms are nothing like Jack McCoy’s Law and Order court rooms. The lawyer ask Fawni a simple question and she answers everything but the question. In real courts do judges allow her type of behavior?

Before you rage post enthusiast start attacking me for absolutely no reason, I don’t care whether she gets kicked off the Trump case or not. I just thought her type of behavior wasn’t allowed in a court of law.

I keep waiting for Mickey Haley, Michael Connelly's "Lincoln Lawyer", to stand up[ and drop the hammer on someone (anyone) with documents, a surprise witness and video to put an end to whatever it is and wrap up the story.

I didn't like Mathew Mcconahy in the part BTW.

Nope. Glad you’re keeping busy.
... It's whats known as a "evidentiary hearing" - to see what
evidence there is against somebody doing something or not.

So, I reckon the questions asked and the responces given
can be a bit more candid that what we see portrayed on the telly.

... I'm covering some o' this also in me "GA Elections" thread.

It’s irrelevant to the GA election thread. Trump is charged with multiple felonies related to his attempt to overturn the results of the election, not DA Willis.

So it IS concerning the GA case against Trump.

... I also caught some of the hearing today,
as the OP asked... Fani and Mr. Wade are gonna be
GONE from the case. ...

None of it made any difference.

Your idea of court comes from TV.
Another post bordering on the inane.

Do you have any info from the hinterlands?
Didn't think so.

PS If you don't care, why do you bring it up?
