Rick Perry suspends his campaign

Rick Perry is the first major republican candidate get out the race and suspend his campaign. He did not even make it to the first primary. Whirly, Perry did make that oops comment in the 2012 debates, when he could not remember the third federal agency he would get rid of if he were president.

Last week he stopped paying his "volunteers" and his Iowa campaign manager quit two weeks ago. It was in the news and was apparent then he was done fer.
