Help with Avatar.

How the heck do you put one on? Over at the old site, there was a sheet of them that I put one on years ago and have no idea how to do it. I'm a total computer dummie, so step by step instructions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

Lon Chaney wasn't available, and I have no clue how to transport it from ASPD, so I'm cool with that one. Kinda fits my theme, I've spent too many years working midnight shift, so I'm probably a little batty from sleep deprevation.
