Question about South Florida rates

Hi, I'm visiting from Dallas this week and looking for some hot spinners. I have noticed that the rates posted in the agency review section are far lower than the advertised rates on the agency web sites. Is it common for them to negotiate or was there a recent rate hike? Thanks!

I would suggest asking this question in the ISO area. Might get better response.
