Where to post encounter report in Cuernavaca?

I just had a nice encounter in Cuernavaca I'd like to share with my fellow mongers. Eccie's list of Mexican cities doesn't include it (nor Aguascalientes where I'm at now, and hoping to score soon ).
Should I post to Mexico City (the nearest city), or can one of the admins add Cuernavaca to the list? How to get this request to their attention?
