That is some weird shit. It's 2 different legs tied together with stockings. They look like men's legs. This is going to drive me crazy, I've got to know what the hell it is.
Looks like the lower mirror caught the picture takers legs at an angle. Think the mirror is broken also.

I concur with several others here:

-Photographer's legs
-Smudge on the mirror
-The subject's legs could be that curved shape on the left-side of the mirror
-Both are not vampires, they have reflections.
