Im excited to finally get out and about and its been a while since Ive been in your city. Looking for some local insights on best areas to stay and what's going on for night life out and about as well as cool places to soak up the sun during the day This weekend and into next week.

Stay downtown off 35 by the police headquarters. You can see first hand our quality street bums and the rioters at the same time. Take notice if driving around all our "campgrounds" under the over passes

I would recommend the Arboretum or Domain areas in North Austin.
Plenty of good hotels, no sketchy areas, good access to restaurants and shopping.
It's also good for hobbying.
Not sure about night life but more places are reopening.
Avoid downtown due to protests.
