I'll be in the Crescent City this weekend and wanted to solicit some advice.

I have a couple of special friends-for-an-hour that I'd like to bring something back to. One has a young daughter with a birthday this week, and I'll probably pick up some beads for the daughter.

For the ladies themselves, though, I'm looking for something special, though not terribly expensive, to remind them that I was thinking of them, something not made in China and shipped over here to stock any of a hundred souvenir stands.

Slipping these past the SO might be aproblem, so I'm not averse to shopping on the web and having the items delivered,
