new here

Hey everyone i am new on eccie and have been trying a few weeks to meet some ladies and it just seems all of them want to have 2 or 3 ref from here and i have just joined and do not have any. if anyone could respond or pm me to give me some tips itd be great. if you want to send me some who accept newbies or just explain or i can go about this anything will help.
