Many of the key players have already "won" the NFL sweepstakes. Their desire to win must come from somewhere other than wanting the big payday.
Of course some of the guys are making moderate salaries in NFL standards, example...Arian Foster. His payday is coming whenever he becomes a free agent.
I think that
generally speaking, once these guys start making
HUGE money, their desire to excel diminishes. They just want to go to work and go home with their paychecks, just like regular working class folks.
