Where do you find the Alert section for providers...those that you need to steer clear of?

Every city/state forum across the site has an alert forum. It appears you are in DFW so here is the local one there http://eccie.net/forumdisplay.php?f=35 These are public view forums.
There is typically other info of this nature in the private mens areas of each forum, however you will need to have Premium Access to view those areas. More info on that here http://eccie.net/showthread.php?t=24105
