Adults only hotel

I am curious as to what is different about this hotel. They say there is one operating in Ohio.

I suspect it is similar to the push by some people for "no kids" flights, and "no kids" restaurants.

Personally I find obnoxious adults on cell phones, and obnoxious inebriated adults far more annoying than kids.
