Problem with review

To the mods,
This is from Bush-wacker69. I tried to post a review but when I previewed it, my avatar and other info were not on the left side. I checked to see if I was logged in, it seemed like I was so I logged out and back in and tried it again with the same results. At the top right where it says Welcome, my handle doesn't appear unless I move the cursor over it. It appears in yellow then.
This is the first time I have tried to post since the shutdown. Would you look into this please. Also see if my pm function is working.

Well now hell, it seems to work now. I'll post the review and see what happens.
