So much for for following the constitution. It’s unconstitutional for the gov’t to target anyone—for an IRS audit or otherwise—based on race. Programs promising “equity” often embrace race-based, differential treatment of citizens. We can’t ignore the Constitution just because “equity” sounds nice.
