Proper Forum to Post

I had an experience in Toledo where a BP provider took the money and dashed. I feel like a fool but will chalk it up as a lesson learned and move on.

My question is which is the proper forum to post to warn others?

Also I know she has posted ads in other cities. Would it be necessary to post a warning in those areas or only where the event took place.
