Anyone have a favorite quick meal?

Mine is my own creation. Mediterranean Chicken Soup i call it.

Fry some cubed chicken in olive oil with some cheyenne pepper
salt and a little black pepper, when it's about half done add some
fresh cut up garlic, when fully cooked drain off the olive oil but leave
some in the pan and add chicken broth and diced canned tomatoes,
then let that simmer for a while.

To change it up a little you can use mushrooms also if you like, and
shrimp or some other sea food.

You can adjust the heat to your liking by how much pepper you use.

I like it with a lot of pepper and garlic.

I sometimes make a lot and freeze it, I use Kerr Canning Jars to freeze
it in to avoid plastic, they work really well.

Quickest of all.
Travel trailer park grilled cheese. DON'T TRY THIS WITHOUT PROFESSIONAL TRAINING!!!

You take a toaster and turn it on it's side, put a slice of cheese on
a piece of white bread and put it in.

It takes natural ability + special skill and training to do it right
and not get 911 up in your business, or win a Darwin award.

A 12 pack of bud + a loaf of mrs baird's + a pound of yellow american cheese +
a $15 oster toaster from walmart = Heaven

Maybe Literally.

Eggs over easy (egg yolk is nature's sauce!) on top of sliced cheddar on top of toast. Add a side of fruit. Quick and easy!

Here's a quick easy dessert idea that I make if I'm hosting a dinner party. Vanilla bean ice cream in a champagne flute and pour some champagne in it. Always a hit at my parties. I'm not a baker.

Quick dinner idea--get the dinner for two's at Central Mkt. They have a lot of options and you can just warm them up in microwave and some are just as good as restaurant quality.

I don't think I'm allowed to post a photo of my favorite quick protein snack here.
The best $200 and up meal in Dallas is DATY with a little A1 sauce... Followed by Hershey's chocolate syrup. Tell me any other meal as versatile and quick as this. Then you get to pump away at it. Can't do THAT to prime rib.

Can of tuna for me. However, I like Prologuns' sugegstion, albeit not as nutritive, it is defnately more entertaining!

Similar to Jbravo's...scramble an egg, add an already microwaved sausage patty, an already microwaved strip or two of bacon and a half slice of cheese on a piece of toast...cut the toast in half...makes 1/2 sandwich.
