I love Jerseys Mike's, or Arbys as really good hot sandwiches.

Cartwright's on the square in Denton has a great open face pot roast plate. Generous portion of beef on a shingle that is smothered in brown gravy. Ahhhhhhhhhh.....

You might want to check out Jimmy's Italian off Ross in East Dallas. Great grocery store and a wonderful deli in the back. But, I am thinking you might want an Italian Beef sandwich... just sayin...

McAlisters BY FAR ....I also love open face roast beef Sandwichs....McAlisters in Hurst is my favorite ..its called the Big Nasty ....might want to take a friend along to help eat it ....it is huge .I first discovered McAlisters in Vicksburg ,MS...but they atre all over the south ......Love them .....
