Provider not responding

So I did message Kelly 1000 last night we talked for a little bit but haven't heard from her since she said she was okay with the way the screening was going and sent me some pictures told me to let her know what time today still have yet to hear back from her after I did that. Has anyone else had this problem with her. Just want to see if it's a pattern or not.
