Vieux Carre ACCIDENTALLY posted a young lady whom ask us for work and we get Annie's wrath. We then apologize took the picture down and still get all the BS.

I might be wrong but isn't this the same girl on two different agencies? Who does this picture belong to? Who stole from whom? And why no alerts?

This is hardly an alert coming from a third party busy body. If you must know, Annie and I have NO issue here, this is why there is no alert. The #%*&% sent me her own pics and worked for me for a few days. She didn't want to pay me. She quickly moved on to CC's and did the same thing. Feel free to hire her if you wish, lmao.

this girl that seems to be hopping agencies just seems like a hell of alot of trouble - just get rid of her and start taking your own shots instead of using the photos they send you.

I think this might alleviate the headache a bit because besides this issue you all all very reputable agencies.

As a photographer, I don't want to see my photos being used by people who don't have rights to them or didn't pay for them. In the case of the girls, unless they signed a contract or waiver agreeing not to use the photos personally or to allow others to use them when someone else paid for the photos, one can assume the girl will use any and all photos of herself if she's going indie or working with multiple agencies.

As long as the girl in the photo is the girl who shows up, most guys don't care about who "owns" the photo. However, Discreet Referrals is using a photo of a UK model named Michelle Bond a/k/a Michelle Monaghan as their own girl "Savannah."

This is really getting ridiculous!! It is over people, someimtes it is best to remain quiet and not post even when you are in fear or upset.

Alerts are meant to protect people in this community from harm, danger, etc. etc. No danger or harm can come from stolen pics at least not to the community. Resolve private matters, privately, is my suggestion.

While I don't have any problem with there being threads about pictures being used without permission, I don't see where it becomes an issue that could endanger the safety of a member or members of our community. I'm moving this thread to the Coed Discussion forum.

That an alert should be kept at its original place. I had done EVERTHING in my power to reach them..they concur with my statments..asked forgiveness at being new..I said fine.. That done they proceeded to use them on p411 and elsewhere...5 days after apoligizing.. WHY would u not want me to put it in the ALERT section?? Just curious as to how agents verse a indy is completely WRONG. I was an provider (and still have OLD and VERY few clients) I have not a clue as to your reason for this... annie

Annie, the reason for moving it from the Alert forum to Coed Discussion has NOTHING to do with agency vs independent. I won't argue that stealing pics is wrong and a shitty thing to do. But I don't see where it creates a potential real danger to the safety of the members.
