Most of them will give you a very relaxing foot massage. If they are good at reflexology, you'll come out feeling like you are walking on clouds.
Most of them do the massage in a common area or separated by curtains. That is not conducive to hanky panky.
Now the next poster may have an experience that will blow mine out of the water my feet were soaking in. But I enjoy them for what they are.

Some of them have private rooms for doing full body massage. If you go to one of these you might get a handjob, possibly more, or you might just get a massage
