Sabres-Amerks deal benefits both teams

Sabres all set to buy Amerks. Almost a done deal. Amerks will be owned by parent team for its first time. Would have been nice to just have a deal again. But Sabres owning Amerks is ok. Last night a few Amerk fans told me 5 million was to little. I'm surprised Amerks are still worth that much.

Sabres owner calls for a meet in Buffalo and makes a offer. A all day meeting in Rochester to check the books and see what buying, lunch at Dinosaur, dinner at Delmonico's Italian Steak House in Brighton. And its a almost done deal at what Sabres offered. It only took 90 days from when Pegula first was in contact with Styres(Amerks soon to be former owner). Most of that time was dealing with all other teams in the mix.

I guess when Terry wants something. He does not fuck around, and just does it. Can I see a pair of cups in Terry's hands, one from each League.
I could see him wanting to have his picture taken with both cups at the same time.


Calder Cup next to the Stanley would be a cool pic with Terry Pegula & wife in the shot.

I will be getting my season package for Amerks next week. Just my way to show support for the rejoining of the perfect hockey package. It would be nice if there were some kind of hand over ceremony on ice at the home opener next season. Styres may not have owned it long but he saved the team and did his best to make it better. He deserves some official thanks and a chance for the fans to show their appreciation. I met him a couple of times and he always seemed to have the best interest of the team. You try working with Florida.

Friday Nights I'll will be traveling to BC Arena, haven't been since Amerks / Sabres split! Have missed going! Can we start an eccie section? Hard to explain to SO though!

As a season ticket holder for the Syracuse Crunch this is great news! Our barn rocks whenever the Amerks come into town and it would have been a shame if they had to go to the ECL. Now all we have to do is get you back into our division and get rid of the Ducks as our parent team.

Mostly so. I know a UTR that lets guys take her to Red Wing baseball games all the time. But before going UTR would not come near me when I was watching a hockey game on TV. Other than to say hi, or was in a real need of help. She knew if she wanted me, was not going to happen till the game was over. We have watched many of football games together.
