I wonder if this is what Senile Biden meant about the adults being back in charge

Senile Biden Team Reportedly Took Step Toward Killing Natural Gas Project After Meeting With 25-Year-Old TikTok Influencer

The White House’s climate team reportedly made a crucial decision regarding a major natural gas project after meeting with a 25-year-old social media influencer, according to The New York Times.

Before deciding to delay approval of the Calcasieu Pass 2 (CP2), key climate advisers and decision-makers in the White House reportedly met with Alex Haraus, a 25-year-old TikTok influencer from Colorado who has organized an online campaign demanding that the administration kill the project, according to the NYT. The White House is expected to formally announce on Friday that it is delaying its review of CP2, a development which could be the administration’s first step toward killing the project and putting numerous other LNG terminal proposals in jeopardy as well.

Un-fucking-believable!

Maybe Senile Biden will send that little twerp Alex over to Europe to tell them why we can't ship our natural gas to them. They will either have to freeze to death or buy their gas from Russia. Then Putin can use the money to kill more Ukrainians!

Helluva job, Joey!!

Our overseas allies must be thinking what a fucking idiot Senile Biden is right now. Of course they already knew that, but now he curtails natural gas for Europe leaving them no choice but to buy it from Russia

Thread is about the LNG decision

All those jobs lost thanks to Senile Biden

Environment worsened as America exports less LNG, our adversaries will fill the supply gap. China is rapidly permitting new coal-fired power plants—the country’s coal-power capacity has more than doubled in the past few years

Allies in Europe screwed and now have to but NG from Russia

So here we go. While Senile Biden is shutting down this natural gas project, and trying to ban your gas stoves and the refrigerant in your air conditioners, China is laughing their asses off at the dementia addled fool as they are planning on building 655 new coal fired power plants

So in one dimwitted step, Senile Biden

1. Worsens the environment
2. Makes our enemies stronger as our adversaries will fill the supply gap.
3. Screws our allies in Europe who now have to buy natural gas from Russia
4. Exposes what an utter waste all that money shipped to corrupt Ukraine was

Even Democrats say Biden’s pause on LNG is like ‘throwing a match in a bale of hay’

A robust chorus of congressional Democrats, business leaders, and Republicans, as well as international allies, are calling on President Joe Biden to undo the pause he placed on liquefied natural gas exports. Almost in unison, they say his decision actually undermines his climate agenda, jeopardizes national security, empowers Russia and Iran, and creates a schism with allies who depend on this clean energy from the U.S. to fuel their countries.

.
On Tuesday, Ken Saito, Japan’s minister of economy, trade and industry, said in a press conference that Japan plans on lobbying against Washington’s move. He said LNG is vital to his country’s long-term energy supply. Japan is the world’s second-biggest buyer of liquefied natural gas and among several of our allies who rely on the American market for the energy source.

Landrieu also said the curtailment of LNG shipments undercuts the U.S. government’s promise to help Europe wean itself off of Russian gas in the wake of Russia’s brutal invasion of Ukraine. Landrieu said Biden is wrong to backtrack on a promise to our allies in Europe and around the world.

“Pausing LNG pauses emission reductions in this world because limiting LNG means more coal. More coal means more emissions. So it’s as simple as that,” he explained, adding, “It’s ironic that this was done under the intention to have this be for the climate, but this action actually is a major step backwards when it comes to climate.”
